SiC Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Establish SiC technology roadmaps and business strategies, including revenue planning, target customer selection, and promotion strategies.
• Define device specifications based on customer requirements and review process feasibility (BV, Rsp, Vth, etc.).
• Conduct SiC market intelligence, including market trends, industry analysis, and competitor foundry technology analysis.
• Develop SiC MOSFET pricing guides.
• Provide technical solutions and support for SiC customers, including technology gap analysis and technical explanations of device structures and characteristics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Deep understanding of SiC MOSFET/IGBT power discrete device structures and operating principles.
• Knowledge of key device performance metrics such as BV, Rds(on), Switching Loss, and GOX.
• Technical understanding of semiconductor processes and the trade-offs between device characteristics and process conditions.
• Fluency in English for interacting with global customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SiC power device process development.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, business development, or customer technical support.
• Understanding of automotive and industrial power electronics applications.
