About the role
Responsibilities
- Unload trucks in a timely manner
- Communicate continuously with other Ritchie County locations
- Gather repairs and ensure trucks are turned
- Perform quality audits and problem-solving activities to ensure work quality
- Observe safety, health, and environmental guidelines and wear required PPE
- Participate in cross-rotation with other operators and support cross-training initiatives
Requirements
- Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/32"
- Proficiency in basic math including fractions, decimals, and unit conversions
- Ability to read and interpret statistical data and productivity reports
- Capability to use computerized equipment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a continual basis
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on concrete surfaces for long periods
- Must be at least 18 years of age
