Shutdown Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop Level 4 Primavera P6 schedules containing logical activity breakdowns based on project scope and shutdown windows
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly look-ahead plans with varying levels of detail for Turnaround (TA) activities
• Manage and define sequences for piping, structural fabrication, scaffolding, insulation, and painting
• Create recovery plans and Time Impact Analysis (TIA) when required
• Develop reporting templates and systematically integrate consolidated data
• Support the Planning Controls Manager in all scheduling-related activities and manage direct reports including Planning Engineers

Requirements

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the oil and gas industry
• Proven experience having served as a scheduler for at least 6 major shutdowns or Turnarounds
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
• Strong technical knowledge of static equipment (columns, exchangers, vessels, control valves, etc.) and process equipment
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of quantitative data using databases and spreadsheets
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and correspondence skills
