Shutdown Pilot

Responsibilities

• Act as the project manager for industrial shutdowns, overseeing the entire lifecycle from preparation and planning to execution and post-shutdown capitalization.
• Define the shutdown scope based on maintenance strategies, GMAO data, and strategic reviews.
• Build and update detailed schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and budget constraints.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and maintenance officers, facilitating coordination meetings and managing technical lots.
• Manage unforeseen issues during execution by implementing crisis management protocols and action plans.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of installations through rigorous follow-up of the punch list and work reception.
• Participate in production on-call rotations (approximately once every four weeks) to monitor unit efficiency and industrial reliability.

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac +2) such as BTS CIRA/MI or DUT GMI/GMP.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Certification or authorization in instrumentation.
• Proficiency in technical English.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies and shutdown methodologies (TAR, RSM).
• Proficiency with GMAO (CMMS) tools and planning software.
• Multidisciplinary technical skills across process, electricity, instrumentation, and mechanics.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and a safety-first mindset.
