Showroom Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the plumbing showroom including team, sales, operations, and financial performance
• Drive sales and meet or exceed sales, product, and gross profit targets
• Recruit, develop, coach, and lead a team of salespeople
• Build strong relationships with designers, home builders, and architects
• Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to increase sales and margins
• Enter orders and quotes and expedite purchases
• Build community relationships through local marketing and industry events
• Safeguard Profit Centre assets including buildings, inventory, and equipment

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Strong sales and coaching skills
• Ability to interpret financial information
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Intermediate math skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom showroom products
• Experience using Trend and Eclipse software
