Showroom Staging Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the Visual Merchandising team by implementing product layouts and executing visual displays across all categories.
• Maintain showroom appearance and safety by securing electrical cords, taping down rugs, and stabilizing displays.
• Manage showroom lighting, including maintaining track lighting and hanging/wiring chandeliers using ladders.
• Handle product receiving, opening, and RFID tagging for home accents and palletized products.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and cleaning on display products to ensure they are in excellent condition.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom exterior and warehouse areas, including sweeping and organizing packaging.
• Assist with inventory control by physically counting products and reconciling weekly variances.

Requirements

• High School Diploma from an accredited institution.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and kneeling.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools for building and maintaining furniture.
• Basic understanding of lighting wiring.
• Ability to work on ladders (12-16 feet) and comfort with heights.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and iPad applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• One to five years of operations experience within a retail environment.
• Experience with RFID inventory or Zebra tagging equipment.
