Showroom Staging Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the Visual Merchandising team by implementing product layouts and executing visual displays according to company directives.
• Assist with the transition and setup of various product categories, including furniture, mattresses, rugs, and electronics.
• Maintain showroom lighting by managing track lighting and hanging/wiring chandeliers using ladders.
• Perform product receiving tasks, including opening, RFID tagging, and staging home accents.
• Ensure showroom and warehouse safety by securing electrical cords, taping down rugs, and maintaining clean pathways.
• Conduct minor repairs and touch-ups on display products and maintain the cleanliness of the showroom exterior and warehouse.
• Manage inventory control through physical counts and RFID tagging processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma from an accredited institution.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and kneeling.
• Ability to work on top rungs of a 12-16 foot ladder and comfort working at heights.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools for building and maintaining furniture.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and lighting.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Apple iPad applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• One to five years of operations experience within a retail environment.
• Experience using RFID inventory or Zebra tagging equipment.
