Showroom Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Mallorca City Center showroom, ensuring it remains in perfect condition.
• Welcome and engage customers to provide an aspirational experience and foster long-term brand loyalty.
• Identify and generate sales leads through networking, showroom visits, and proactive client outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local design firms, architects, and builders through face-to-face visits.
• Coordinate and execute showroom events, including managing invitations, catering, logistics, and publicity.
• Support the sales team by managing sample shipments and tracking material stock.
• Register all customer visits and leads accurately within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail showroom environment.
• Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into sales.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong skills in customer service, marketing, and professional networking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the interior design industry.
• Knowledge of the building or decoration market.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
