Showroom Selections Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead customer material selection consultations and provide design guidance
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Design Showroom to ensure a customer-focused environment
• Coordinate customer projects, documentation, and change requests
• Identify and recommend upgrades to enhance project profitability and customer experience
• Track and report upgrade sales and maintain accurate CRM records
• Stay current on product offerings and design trends to provide expert recommendations

Requirements

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to travel locally between job sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of customer service or B2C sales experience
• Proven consultative sales, negotiation, and closing skills
