About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive daily outreach via phone and email to generate sales funnel momentum for the Jacksonville sales team
  • Build effective sales outreach strategies with Account Executives and Showroom Sales Representatives
  • Assist representatives with project shopping, scheming, and sampling
  • Generate high-potential leads based on current social media and trends
  • Creatively maintain communication with clients to keep Schumacher top of mind
  • Establish rapport with prospective clients to build trust and foster long-term business relationships
  • Communicate and collaborate daily with sales team members to identify opportunities for client follow-up and sales conversion
  • Navigate internal sales platforms and ensure sales activity is logged efficiently and accurately
  • Review and interpret sales funnel data to identify regional and territory sales opportunities
  • Support showroom operations and upkeep, including maintaining supplies, inventory, and organization of the sample library
  • Process and fulfill sample requests for designers and clients, ensuring accurate and timely turnaround
  • Assist with visual merchandising and brand presentation, including displays, product placement, and seasonal showroom updates
  • Provide client support by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and sharing product information
  • Help maintain the showroom's aesthetic standards, ensuring the space is organized, well-stocked, and reflective of the Schumacher brand
