Showroom Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain sample room inventory by ordering samples and filing replenishments
• Handle client sample requests via phone and in person
• Assist the sales team by gathering and shipping samples to clients
• Maintain the showroom floor by hanging new product and removing discontinued items
• Maintain showroom collateral including marketing materials and supplies
• Provide support for general showroom requests and projects
• Assist clients with guidance and product information
• Deliver high-quality customer service within the luxury market
• Expand working knowledge of interior design and Schumacher collections

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail or showroom environment
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 20-50lbs
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for luxury interior design
• Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
• Proficiency in MS Windows and Office suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
