Showroom Outlet Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Audit SOPs and standard work for Clearance Operations Associates to improve process flow
• Scan and manage clearance inventory to ensure accuracy through cycle counts and adjustments
• Receive inventory transfers, validate incoming products, and move them to designated showroom areas
• Stage and examine product readiness for showroom display
• Coordinate the movement of sold clearance products within the warehouse and staging areas
• Monitor sold products past the 48-hour pickup date and coordinate with sales and management to contact customers
• Support Showroom Operations and Visuals teams as needed

Requirements

• High-school diploma required
• One year of experience in a similar position and industry
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs, bend, and stand/walk for prolonged periods
• Availability to work any three shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WMS (High Jump)
• Experience with AS400
