Showroom Outlet Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Audit SOPs and standard work for clearance operations associates to improve process flow
• Scan and manage clearance inventory accuracy, including making adjustments after cycle counts
• Receive inventory transfers, validate incoming products, and move items to designated showroom areas
• Stage, scan, and examine product readiness for showroom display
• Coordinate the movement of sold clearance products within the warehouse and staging areas
• Identify sold products past the 48-hour pickup date and collaborate with management to contact customers
• Support the Showroom Operations and Visuals team as needed

Requirements

• High-school diploma
• One year of experience in a similar position and industry
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs, bend, and stand or walk for prolonged periods
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WMS – High Jump
• Experience with AS400
