Requirements

Associate's degree in business, facilities, or related field, 2+ years experience in operations or showroom environments, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Vendor coordination experience, Organizational and time-management skills

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end operational coordination and execution support for a global portfolio of showroom environments
  • Support showroom readiness for client visits, events, and presentations to ensure brand integrity
  • Coordinate relocations, including packing, installation, vendor logistics, and site readiness
  • Manage refresh, repair, and maintenance programs, including tracking work orders and vendor activity
  • Coordinate furniture mockups, product installations, and logistics for sales and design teams
  • Support asset management processes for furniture, technology, and appliances, including reuse and recycling
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage scheduling, service performance, and budgeting
  • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and asset records within SharePoint and other tracking systems

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in business, facilities, operations, hospitality, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, facilities support, or showroom/retail environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Experience with vendor coordination and managing service providers
  • Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional internal and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations or regional/global programs
  • Working knowledge of facilities operations and basic AV/IT readiness
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/tracking systems
