Requirements
Associate's degree in business, facilities, or related field, 2+ years experience in operations or showroom environments, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Vendor coordination experience, Organizational and time-management skills
About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end operational coordination and execution support for a global portfolio of showroom environments
- Support showroom readiness for client visits, events, and presentations to ensure brand integrity
- Coordinate relocations, including packing, installation, vendor logistics, and site readiness
- Manage refresh, repair, and maintenance programs, including tracking work orders and vendor activity
- Coordinate furniture mockups, product installations, and logistics for sales and design teams
- Support asset management processes for furniture, technology, and appliances, including reuse and recycling
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage scheduling, service performance, and budgeting
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and asset records within SharePoint and other tracking systems
Requirements
- Associate's degree in business, facilities, operations, hospitality, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, facilities support, or showroom/retail environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Experience with vendor coordination and managing service providers
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional internal and external partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience supporting multi-site operations or regional/global programs
- Working knowledge of facilities operations and basic AV/IT readiness
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/tracking systems
