Showroom Operations and Merchandising Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage product collection displays and maintain design standards throughout the showroom
• Maintain all product signage, including launch and new product displays
• Ensure furniture and accessories are tagged and placed in proper floorplan locations
• Execute strategic visual merchandising to drive client engagement
• Manage showroom hospitality supplies and order necessary signage and decor
• Contribute to regional social media posts related to showroom displays
• Coordinate in-showroom events
• Plan and design product inspiration packages and ring sets
• Pull, ship, and process sample product requests through inventory management systems
• Curate and fill sample product boxes for clients

Requirements

• Experience in a retail or showroom environment or a Design-related degree
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of the luxury interior design industry
• Proficiency in MS Windows and Office suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
