Showroom Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate an excellent showroom environment, ensuring all products and fixtures are properly displayed and maintained
• Plan and execute best-in-class immersion programs to deliver a memorable experience with the Signature Kitchen Suite (SKS) brand
• Manage the guest and program calendar, including marketing and guest relations events at The Mart
• Oversee showroom staffing, culinary resources, and daily lead captures using digital tools
• Provide regular management reports regarding scheduled appointments, trainings, and daily foot traffic
• Act as the SKS Brand Ambassador and subject matter expert for appliance and home living solutions
• Ensure all hardware, software tools, and workforce policies are up to date

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a luxury brand, luxury retail, or luxury showroom
• Background in the appliance industry or related luxury retail sectors
• Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM nomenclature
• Ability to work showroom hours: Monday–Friday (8:30–5:30) and Saturdays
