Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing showroom team
• Implement performance management strategies, coaching, and regular feedback
• Meet and exceed sales targets by engaging with customers and recommending custom rugs
• Grow the Trade business through proactive outreach and networking
• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring it is well-maintained and visually appealing
• Manage team schedules and recruitment efforts
• Provide a high-touch personalized experience through multiple channels

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role
• 4+ years of direct consumer sales and/or account management experience
• Proven experience in retail management and sales coaching
• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets
• Passion for interior design and home décor
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, Shopify, and Zoom
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
