Showroom Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and build strong relationships with key architects and designers in the Miami area
• Manage a portfolio of Residential Interior Designer accounts and identify potential leads
• Oversee daily operations of the City Center team to ensure high-quality customer experiences
• Lead and motivate the design team to grow sales and increase brand recognition
• Plan and execute community-building events, seminars, and networking activities
• Control budgets and P&L while analyzing the ROI of all promotional activities
• Track competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in the construction or technical sector
• 5+ years of knowledge regarding the construction market, architects, and interior designers
• 3+ years of experience managing small teams
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other order management systems
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• University Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or Business Administration
• MBA degree
