Responsibilities

• Lead in-store customer experience initiatives
• Plan team succession and readiness
• Foster talent through on-the-job training and recruitment coordination
• Enhance employee satisfaction through culture and experience initiatives
• Oversee daily visual merchandising, retail POS compliance, and sales team schedules
• Act as the main point of contact for back-office operations
• Ensure e-commerce pickups and in-store collections meet SLAs
• Ensure team collects customer data per marketing requirements
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and app offers
• Drive overall sales and increase store revenue against targets
• Increase full-price sales
• Provide feedback on effective and ineffective business practices

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Showroom/Store Manager
• Previous experience in sales or electronics
• Proficiency in English
