Babylist is the leading platform for expecting and new families. Our showrooms are where our mission comes to life in person, welcoming thousands of families to explore gear, build registries, and feel truly supported.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide every family through the showroom with warmth and intention
• Help guests build and manage Babylist registries that fit their needs
• Stay current on gear, safety info, and brand standards to provide recommendations
• Support events, pop-ups, inventory receiving, merchandising, and floor maintenance
• Meet guest satisfaction and product knowledge goals
• Collaborate with social and content teams on showroom moments
• Share ideas to improve the in-store experience

Requirements

• 2+ years in retail, hospitality, or guest service
• Ability to build rapport quickly and help customers make decisions
• Ability to learn product knowledge and explain gear confidently
• Reliable in busy environments and able to handle closing tasks
• Physically able to lift 25–30 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
