Showroom Host

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and help guests navigate showroom experiences
• Answer guest questions and assist with product selection and registry building
• Participate in ongoing training regarding product features and safety guidelines
• Support showroom operations including pop-ups, events, and inventory receiving
• Assist with visual merchandising and showroom maintenance
• Meet performance metrics related to guest satisfaction and product knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or guest service
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift 25-30 lbs
• Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to commit to mandatory training from August 31st through September 24th
