About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day planning and execution of onsite and virtual client engagements to ensure seamless, memorable experiences.
  • Oversee showroom hospitality logistics, including room setup, food and beverage displays, and post-engagement resets.
  • Manage showroom operations, including scheduling, meeting room utilization, and maintaining a first-class showroom appearance.
  • Coordinate on-site contract and temporary support resources, providing real-time feedback to ensure quality and brand alignment.
  • Partner with Sales, Showroom Operations, and cross-functional teams to facilitate impactful client visits and product installations.
  • Monitor local engagement insights and client feedback to drive continuous improvement in experience delivery.
  • Maintain facility technology, including AV equipment, video conferencing, and lighting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in client experience, hospitality, event strategy, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-visibility client engagements with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong hosting and hospitality skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening events outside standard showroom hours.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle last-minute changes under pressure.
