Showroom Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the showroom floor and provide personalized service
• Support Outside Sales Associates and Showroom Sales consultants with administrative functions
• Ensure accurate order processing and provide timely quotations
• Update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse
• Answer sales calls and provide general product information
• Strive to increase knowledge of the entire product offering

Requirements

• 2-5 years of prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills for both phone and in-person sales
• Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
• General digital literacy and ability to learn quickly
• Results-oriented with a passion for building customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, or appliances
• Experience working within the construction industry
