Showroom Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the showroom floor and provide exceptional service
• Support Showroom Sales consultants with administrative functions, including timely quotations and accurate order processing
• Update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse
• Support the efforts of Outside Sales Associates
• Answer sales calls and provide general product information
• Strive to increase knowledge of the entire product offering

Requirements

• 0-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances preferred
• Excellent communication skills for both phone and in-person sales
• Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• General digital literacy and ability to learn quickly
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet goals and build relationships
