Showroom Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the showroom floor and provide personalized service
• Support Showroom Sales consultants and Outside Sales Associates with administrative functions
• Ensure customer needs are met through timely quotations and accurate order processing
• Update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse
• Answer sales calls for general information and strive to increase product knowledge

Requirements

• 0-3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances preferred
• Excellent communication skills for both phone and in-person interactions
• Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
• General digital literacy and the ability to learn quickly
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet goals and build relationships
