Showroom Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation to private end customers, specialist partners, and architects in the Salzburg Sun Forum showroom
• Act as a contact person for high-quality sun protection solutions such as awnings, louvered roofs, roller shutters, and external venetian blinds
• Recommend specialist partners for purchase and execution through personal consultation and digital tools
• Manage customer appointments and inquiries via telephone and digital channels
• Maintain the showroom to ensure it remains representative of a premium brand
• Serve as an interface between specialist trade customers and internal departments
• Support and actively participate in company events

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., wholesale, retail, gastronomy, or hospitality)
• Several years of professional experience in relevant customer-facing fields
• Good technical understanding
• Service-oriented approach and passion for presenting high-quality technical products
• Independent working style and high level of commitment
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including occasional Saturday work
