About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with potential customers via walk-in traffic, phone, and email
- Qualify leads and develop relationships to present appropriate solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead and sales activity information
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and the competitive landscape
- Provide feedback to the sales manager regarding market trends and customer needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
