Showroom Consultant

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with potential customers via walk-in traffic, phone, and email
• Qualify leads and develop relationships to present appropriate solutions
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas
• Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead and sales activity information
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and the competitive landscape
• Provide feedback to the sales manager regarding market trends and customer needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
