Showroom Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide design advice and expert support for product selection to customers
• Clarify customer visions and process transactions through to delivery
• Develop strong relationships with designers, builders, architects, and designers
• Provide rapid and reliable product proposals and accurate delivery dates
• Enter orders and proposals into the system and maintain proactive communication
• Investigate and resolve customer issues
• Maintain and update product documentation
• Adhere to all safety regulations within the profit center and customer sites

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma is an asset
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or sales
• Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom design trends
• Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and teammates
• Ability to learn and use order processing software

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge of plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom products sold in showrooms
