Showroom Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist showroom customers in assessing needs and closing sales
• Develop relationships with designers, home builders, and architects
• Provide accurate quotes and delivery dates to customers
• Meet monthly product specific sales and gross profit targets
• Enter orders and quotes into the system and expedite purchases
• Resolve customer issues, short payments, and returns
• Maintain current product literature and showroom display materials
• Follow all safety regulations at customer locations and the Profit Centre

Requirements

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Strong verbal communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to manage projects and learn order processing software
• Intermediate math skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom showroom sales
• College or University degree
