Showroom Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist showroom customers in assessing needs and closing sales
• Develop relationships with designers, home builders, and architects
• Provide accurate quotes and delivery dates
• Meet monthly product-specific sales and gross profit targets
• Enter orders and quotes into the system and expedite purchases
• Resolve customer issues, short payments, and returns
• Maintain product literature and showroom display materials
• Follow all safety regulations at the Profit Centre

Requirements

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal communication and relationship building skills
• Intermediate math skills
• Ability to learn and operate order processing software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom showroom sales
• Experience using Infor M3 or similar ERP systems
