Showroom Assistant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the implementation of commercial and marketing strategies at assigned Points of Sale (POS).
• Oversee the timely installation of displays according to marketing department standards.
• Manage the distribution of catalogs and promotional materials.
• Execute promotional programs and incentive schemes for distributor sales personnel.
• Supervise, coordinate, and manage Point of Sale Promoters.
• Manage product repurchase with distributor purchasing teams based on inventory levels.
• Identify opportunities for shared shelf space within retail locations.
• Meet gross sales objectives for assigned points of sale.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in point of sale supervision or commercial area management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data analysis and personnel management skills.
• Availability to travel according to territory coverage requirements.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
