• Travel to rental properties in the Tampa area to conduct showings for prospective tenants
• Ensure property accessibility and secure the property when leaving
• Report prospect and property feedback
• Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
• Document deficiencies and take detailed photos using Doorstead tools
• Prepare basic reports through the company system

Requirements

• Active real estate license (required per company policy)
• Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with frequent local travel
• Proficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone capable of running mobile evaluation tools
