Showing Agent

Responsibilities

• Conduct rental property showings for prospective tenants across the Seattle area
• Ensure properties are accessible before showings and secured afterward
• Report prospect feedback and property observations
• Perform optional property evaluations at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
• Assess property conditions including exterior, interior common spaces, and basic electric and plumbing functionality
• Take detailed photos and document deficiencies using Doorstead's mobile tools
• Prepare basic reports through the company system

Requirements

• Active real estate license (required per company policy)
• Experience in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with frequent local travel
• Proficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone capable of running mobile evaluation tools and capturing high-quality photos
