• Report prospect and property feedback to the team
• Assess property conditions during management starts, move-ins, and move-outs
• Document deficiencies using Doorstead mobile tools and take detailed photos
• Prepare basic evaluation reports through the company system

Requirements

• Active real estate license required per company policy
• Background in real estate showings, property management, or appraisals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with frequent local travel
• Proficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone capable of running evaluation tools
