Showing Agent

Responsibilities

• Travel to rental properties in the Inland Empire area to conduct showings for prospective tenants
• Ensure property accessibility before showings and secure the property when leaving
• Report prospect feedback and property observations after each showing
• Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
• Use Doorstead tooling to document deficiencies and prepare basic reports
• Take detailed photos of exterior areas, interior common spaces, and basic electric and plumbing systems
• Work independently to complete evaluations within an average of one hour

Requirements

• Real estate license required as company policy
• Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with frequent local travel
• Proficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography
• Professional demeanor with positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone capable of running the mobile evaluation tool and taking high-quality photos
