Show Manager Senior

Responsibilities

• Lead show design and production teams across all disciplines for assigned project scopes
• Develop strategic production plans considering vendors, resources, budget, and creative intent
• Manage commercial aspects of product lines, including scope development and bidding documents
• Evaluate and select vendors based on technical capabilities, budget, and schedule requirements
• Act as the Responsible Individual (RI) for outside vendor contracts and monitor progress
• Facilitate communication between the show team, project partners, and facility/operations teams
• Monitor design and installation phases to identify and process changes to creative intent or scope
• Provide direct and indirect leadership to project coordinators, support staff, and interns

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in film/theater production, engineering, construction, or themed entertainment
• Proven experience managing the workflow and delivery of complex scopes of work
• Ability to think strategically and tactically to solve complex problems
• Experience in project controls or similar large-scale project management roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Theater, Engineering, or Design
• Experience working within Disney or similar themed entertainment environments
