Shorts Contents Creator

Responsibilities

• Create short-form content (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, etc.) based on Project ZETA gameplay footage
• Select, edit, and publish superplay clips
• Apply video styles suitable for platform-specific formats and trends
• Analyze content performance and improve editing direction
• Collaborate with global community managers and brand teams to maintain content direction

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional short-form video editing experience or an equivalent portfolio
• High understanding of short-form platform trends (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to maintain high content quality while working with fast iterations
• No disqualifying factors for overseas business trips

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience editing game content (highlights, clips, superplay videos)
• Experience as a dedicated editor for famous YouTubers or creators
• Understanding of action genres such as PvP, MOBA, or Battle Royale
• Experience operating a personal channel or creating viral content
