Short Video Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Build a 0-1 matrix of financial accounts on TikTok, Facebook, and similar platforms
• Manage account positioning, strategy, and operational management to drive user transaction conversion
• Plan, design, produce, and release financial short video content
• Track and analyze video performance and user feedback to optimize content conversion rates
• Research latest short video platform trends, rules, and competitor movements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in short video operation with a track record of viral videos
• Experience nurturing accounts with over 300,000 followers
• Knowledge of general finance and stock investment
• Familiarity with platform algorithms, recommendation rules, and content guidelines
• Fluent English; management experience and Bahasa proficiency are a plus
• Degree from a 985/211 university
