Short-term Rental Home Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform pre and post-stay inspections for short-term rental homes
• Execute light home resets and restocking of supplies
• Handle minor maintenance tasks and turnover support
• Manage trash removal and respond to urgent on-site issues
• Provide task updates via a mobile application

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or property care
• Reliable vehicle and smartphone
• Ability to work independently and manage own availability
• Comfortable with light physical work
• Weekend availability preferred
