Short-Form Producer

Responsibilities

• Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish daily short-form content for TikTok and Instagram
• Travel with Eric to shoots, events, and trips to capture content on location
• Identify emerging trends, sounds, and formats early and adapt them quickly
• Produce videos independently using mobile-first tools like iPhone and CapCut
• Own the content calendar and posting cadence across platforms
• Analyze performance data to iterate on hooks, formats, and pacing
• Collaborate with the broader Airrack team to align short-form strategy

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience growing a TikTok or Instagram account with measurable results
• Sharp, current understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
• Strong fluency with CapCut or comparable mobile editing tools
• Ability to write strong hooks and structure videos for high retention
• Self-directed, high-output working style
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
• Willingness to relocate to Los Angeles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing social content for a creator, talent, or brand
• Background in directing or mobile-first cinematography
• An established personal presence on TikTok or Instagram
