Short Form Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead short-form content strategy and oversee execution across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels
• Pioneer and scale new formats and production capacity across written, graphic, and video posts
• Hire, manage, and develop pods of producers, editors, and strategists to scale high-quality output
• Maintain a high culture of experimentation and performance to keep content standards extremely high
• Gather and use data to inform creative direction, test formats, and iterate quickly
• Help shape how millions experience the Owner brand and leadership voice online

Requirements

• Proven experience growing short-form content across multiple platforms
• Exceptional design eye for graphics and typography
• Strong editing and motion-graphics skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc.)
• Deep understanding of platform best practices and native storytelling formats
• Comfort balancing creative instincts with performance data
• Exceptional organizational skills and a bias for clear systems and documentation
• Curiosity around AI-driven tools, automation, and new media workflows
• Spreadsheet or analytics fluency to track and visualize performance
