- Plan, schedule, and publish a balanced content mix
- Review analytics weekly, tracking key metrics like retention, reach, and saves
- Develop 14–20 new ideas weekly
- Maintain clean systems using Asana, Slack, and Drive
- Grow reach, retention, and engagement across all platforms
Requirements
- 4+ years creating high-performing short-form content
- Proven ability to grow accounts with examples or case studies
- Strong portfolio showcasing editing and design execution
- Expertise in Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, Canva, or Photoshop
- Deep knowledge of virality drivers and vertical video best practices
- Ability to produce at high volume and quality
- Highly organized and comfortable adjusting quickly to trends
