Shore Officer - Heavy

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Stackers, Side loader trailers, MHE (forklifts, telehandlers), and heavy vehicles
• Perform loading and unloading of light and heavy vehicles, including lashing and unlashing loads
• Handle bulky industrial equipment and dangerous goods using appropriate MHE and PPE
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and inspections on all plant and equipment
• Manage container stuffing, de-stuffing, and tracking/optimisation
• Perform tally and reconciliation of materials against manifests and packing lists
• Maintain accurate transport and logistics manifests using digital programming
• Ensure compliance with safety, fatigue, and heavy vehicle guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience operating MHE, reach stackers, and heavy vehicles
• High Risk Work Licence (including RS, CO, C1, C6, C2, EWP, FL)
• Dangerous Goods Licence
• Current Driver's License
• Current Working at Heights certification (within last 2 years)
• Experience in Oil & Gas, iron ore, or general crane operations
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
• Basic Microsoft Office capabilities
• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and Load Restraint requirements
