Shopping/Stylist Assistant Vogue Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Vogue editorial team in daily operations and shoot management
• Assist in the selection and preparation of looks prior to photo shoots
• Execute all shopping requests for shoots and act as a primary contact for fashion brands
• Manage the reception and shipping of clothing items from brands following established procedures
• Perform quality control on all received pieces
• Assist with the organization, storage, and administrative tasks related to shopping inventory
• Maintain and update internal tracking spreadsheets
• Provide on-set assistance to stylists and manage products during photo shoots

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Fashion School
• Strong fashion culture and passion for the industry
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Highly organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented
• Must be available for a 6-month full-time internship starting in July 2026
• Must be able to provide an internship agreement (convention de stage) from your school
