Shopper Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute omnichannel marketing plans, both online and offline, for key accounts, e-tailers, and retail partners.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Act as the primary marketing contact for key clients, providing necessary materials, tools, and information.
• Execute and monitor consumer activations while analyzing campaign results and performance KPIs.
• Manage budgets and coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution.
• Support local e-commerce, digital, and CRM initiatives to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Prepare performance reports and track key metrics to optimize future activities.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or digital marketing.
• Proven background in FMCG, sports, retail, or e-commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and consumer behavior.
• Experience managing budgets and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Highly organized with strong planning and communication skills.
