About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze shopper behavior by channel to identify growth opportunities and optimize commercial strategies.
- Translate insights into actionable Trade Marketing strategies, focusing on assortment, displays, and point-of-sale execution.
- Evaluate the impact of commercial activations and trade strategies using key business indicators.
- Develop shopper segmentations and studies to understand purchase drivers and generate actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure execution aligns with brand strategy.
- Design briefs and lead shopper studies to deepen understanding of habits, occasions, and purchase drivers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Consumer Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Shopper Insights, Sales Analysis, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Trade Marketing, or Category Management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency with Nielsen, Kantar (Numerator), ISCAM, or similar tools.
- Advanced Excel skills (models, macros, complex pivot tables).
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of promotional analysis and applied statistics.
