Shopper Insights Client Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for retail and CPG clients, driving growth through customer data.
• Own and develop client plans that deliver measurable value, satisfaction, and ROI.
• Partner with Walmart Merchants and CPG partners to integrate customer insights into collaborative decision-making.
• Utilize customer insights derived from data platforms to influence business strategy.

Requirements

• Based in Mexico City.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• 3-4 years of experience in CPG, Merchants, or Retail sectors.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles or stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of customer insights and a consultative approach to selling.
• Experience with SHOP/Shelf Review and Category Management (assortment and customer insight analytics).
• Solid project management experience.
