Shopper Insights Client Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic partner to key clients, defining and delivering on their strategic needs.
• Transform complex data into actionable knowledge and clear recommendations for CPG and Retail growth.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with counterparties to establish trust.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with solutions managers and retail teams to drive business growth and impact.
• Deliver effective presentations and manage diverse audiences through compelling storytelling.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in CPG, Retail, or Consultancy.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and database management.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with both retail partners and customers.
