Shopper Insights Client Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CPG stakeholders and retail partners
• Train clients to uncover shopper insights that support Customer-First business plans and deliver measurable ROI
• Translate complex customer insights into actionable recommendations to improve the shopping experience
• Champion customer-centric strategies across merchandising and category planning departments
• Leverage industry-leading tools and data platforms to guide client decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in CPG, Insights providers, or Retail merchandising roles
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of customer insights and consultative selling techniques
• Familiarity with category management and assortment analytics
• Demonstrated experience in project management
• Excellent storytelling and relationship-building skills
