Shopper Insights Client Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for retail and CPG clients, using customer insights to drive value and collaborative decision-making.
• Own and develop client plans that deliver recognizable value, client satisfaction, and return on investment.
• Partner with Walmart Merchants and market-leading CPG partners to integrate customer insights into their business strategies.
• Utilize data platforms to provide actionable insights for assortment analytics and category management.
• Manage projects related to SHOP/Shelf Review and customer insight analytics.

Requirements

• Mobility to be based in Bentonville, USA.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
• 3-4 years of experience in CPG, Retail, or Merchant roles.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management or client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of customer insights and a consultative approach to business.
• Experience with assortment analytics, category management, or shelf review.
• Solid project management skills.
